These engine rotation adapters rotate the crankshaft the proper way when turning the engine with the balancer already installed. They easily attach to the balancer and come in handy when assembling an engine or degreeing the cam--the crankshaft can be rotated with a 1/2 in. breaker bar or a 1 in. socket and breaker bar.
