COMP Cams Hi-Tech pushrods are power-forged from 4130 chromemoly. Their one-piece design features .080 in. wall thickness, and the rods are heat-treated to a minimum hardness of 60 on the Rockwell C scale, for the ultimate in strength. COMP Cams even gives them a black oxide finish, and imprints the length and part number on them.
